Check all spam filters set for the e-mail address you specified during the registration process.

Also, you can contact our technical support service. In your message to the technical support service, specify the name of the purchased product, the number of your order (not your tracking ID), the e-mail address you specified during the registration, your registration name, the name of the registration service (PayPro Global) and the purchase date.
