Question: I can't recover my PST file. Error message appeared.

Answer:

  • Reinstall Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Recovery Toolbox
    1. Uninstall our software.
    2. The new version of our software.
    3. Uninstall Microsoft Outlook application completely.
    4. Install the Outlook again and don't run it.
    5. Install new version of our software (was downloaded in point 2) and activate the registration code.
  • Please do not save your result file to the same folder where the source file was placed.
  • If you trying to recovery your PST file from CD (DVD), then please copy your original file to HDD first.
  • Also ensure that you have enough free space on your hard drive.
  • Try to make the recovery to separate files, not as PST.
