Password Recovery Toolbox for Outlook (download the PST password recovery program) displays information about accounts and passwords used in Microsoft Outlook. The program reads this information once it is started. Recovered passwords and account settings for Internet mail and Microsoft services used in Outlook are displayed in the right part of the program.

The Outlook password recovery tool can recover forgotten or lost passwords to protected pst files. To recover a password, you should select the corresponding item in the left part of the program (for instance, Personal Folders for the English version of Outlook) and the path to the data file and its password will be displayed in the right part. Passwords for pst files may be not exactly the same as those used before. But the set of characters obtained by the program will provide access to data stored in the initial pst file and protected with a password.
Besides, the program can recover passwords to pst files that are not used in the current Outlook configuration. You should click the Open PST file button or select the File | Open PST file item in the main menu of the program and specify the path to a pst file. The program will recover the password of the pst file after you click the Get Password button. It is recommended to select the recovered password, copy it to the clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C and paste it somewhere else by pressing Ctrl+V.
Unregistered users of Outlook password recovery tool can view only first 3 characters of a passwords.
