Question: A write error occurs while saving the recovered file. The program cannot save the file (cannot create a folder).

Answer: Before you select the folder for saving the source data, make sure that:

1. The specified folder is not a folder on a CD or DVD. I.e. the folder must not be located on a read-only device.
2. When saving to network devices, make sure you have the rights to save and modify data on the devices you save the data to.
3. When saving to network devices, make sure that you have enough quota to save the recovered data. The available quota must be at least twice as large as the size of the source data.
