The dbx file stores the messages entirely and some overhead information. As a rule, the file name coincides with the folder name. For example, the inbox.dbx file corresponds to the Inbox folder. For each Identity (item File | Identities . in main menu of Outlook Express) is created a folder for storage dbx files. You can find out the location of dbx files for current: select in the OE main menu Tools | Options . on the Maintenance tab, you should press the Store Folder button.
