Question: I can't save data to a new PST file. Error message about invalid class string appeared.

Answer:

In some cases Outlook shared components are busy and can not be used by other software. Our software need to get access to some Outlook components to save correct PST file structure with compartible format.

To solve this problem please do the following:

1. Uninstall our software.
2. Download the new version of our software.
3. Uninstall Microsoft Outlook application completely.
4. Install the Outlook again and don't run it.
5. Install new version of our software (was downloaded in point 2) and activate the registration code.
6. Restart the computer.

Now you can run the recovery (or convert) process.

Or you can try to restore (convert) your data to a separate files, not as PST one.
